
6th grade finished up their "Holidays Around the World" presentations. They researched and learned about Finland, Ireland, Sweden, Italy, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Russia, England, Australia, and the Netherlands! Some students even brought in food & drinks inspired by the research they did for their countries!

GCMR Basketball fans! One of our Boys Basketball players is on the verge of scoring his 1,000th point! Weston Zacher is very close to achieving this goal. Come out on Friday, January 5th and cheer for him and the rest of our GCMR Boys as they take on Belfield at 5:30 at the Mott Armory.

The FACS department is looking for old jeans to use for student sewing projects. If you have any clean used jeans you are willing to donate please drop them off at the school office. Thank you!

Thank you to Mrs. Collette Friedt and the FACS class for hosting the third grade students to make "Puppy Chow." The kids enjoyed it, plus they loved eating it as well.
