Mott-Regent Public School is excited to announce a grant received from the Burgum Foundation. This grant contributes towards providing behavioral health supports to students and staff. Kelsey Dobitz, LSW, has joined forces with Kari Mayer, School Counselor, in setting up small groups as well as additional classroom lessons within the school day regarding social-emotional learning, coping skills, self-regulation, and social skill building. All students, grades 7-10, will have the opportunity to be in a small group to work on these skills. The grant will go through May 2024.
